Progress Update!

Progress is continuing as scheduled at the New Ciena Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility Regency at Troy. Our 154-bed facility is set to be completed by the end of the year! As we continue on with the construction, here's a list of what's been done so far since our last update.

• Project is progressing on all fronts.
• Flooring continues to be installed in ready areas.
• Wall covering has started in common areas.
• Elevator installation is well along.
• Doors and Hardware installations are close to completion.
• Exterior Materials are being finalized and painted.
• Ceiling grid is progressing on all 3 floors.
• We did have set-back with Manufacturer Delays supplying the Main Electrical Gear for the building which has affected our original Schedule. A vital component that many other items hinged on.
• Road work along Axtell has been completed.
• PTAC units are starting to be installed.

Construction Update!

Great progress continues to occur on the New Ciena Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility Regency at Troy. Coming out of the winter weather months, progress will leap forward as we target an August 2023 turn-over to Operations.

• Framing has reached the 2nd floor and is about 50% along.
• 3rd floor decking and floor pour is targeted for May, this will allow the 3rd floor framing to start.
• All structural steel has been erected.
• Strom and Fire underground has been installed.

Gleeson Construction continues to make positive headway and is keeping a very clean and organized job site. pH7 Architects continue to support the project via Construction Administration services.
